SENIGALLIA, Italy, 23 February 2017 — A new digital customer engagement solution, based on the Inventia 3.5 platform, is at the sweet spot of Digital Transaction Management and Customer Engagement technologies and will be presented at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, 27th Feb – 2nd March, 2017. Namirial announced today the release of LiveID & eSignAnyWhere, the first multichannel WebRTCCustomer Engagement solution designed to move Sales or CRM processes to digital channels, but with the same in-person experience and also the capability to execute legally binding contracts in a chatbox system.
