Strict European regulations govern the framework conditions for digital signatures. When digital invoicing was introduced, the legislator included the need for the authenticity of origin and the integrity of content using an advanced or rather a qualified electronic signature in the Value Added Tax Act. xyzmo SIGNificant technology reliably detects any falsification of the digital signature or the signed data and therefore satisfies these regulations. The SIGNificant server is compliant with the Sales Tax Law in German and many other countries.

The recipient of an electronic invoice signed using SIGNificant server is therefore entitled to claim the declared VAT in his input tax deduction calculation.
