1. Open any PDF Document for Signing

• In order to sign a PDF document, you simply open it in the SIGNificant Client and either sign immediately, or design the document on the fly according to your needs before you have it signed.
• The SIGNificant Client is equipped with a universal PDF converter. It enables a quick document conversion functionality, using a toolbar that plugs into office applications or the installed printer driver.

2. Capture a Handwritten Signature or Apply a Customizable Seal Imprint

• Next, you, your customer, or your clients sign on a Tablet-PC, Slate PC, Interactive Pen Display or a broad range of signature pads from various manufacturers.
• Alternatively, you can seal documents with a customizable seal imprint (Approved, Declined,..) using either the out-of-the-box xyzmo digital certificate or a personal one located in your certificate store.

3. You're Done!

• The document is now signed and sealed. Any subsequent change to the document will be detected and results in the signature being invalidated. The document is Adobe Acrobat compatible, so it can be viewed and verified by any standard PDF viewer.

• Template Recognition - the SIGNificant Client recognizes existing signature field indicators on predefined templates automatically and assigns signers and signature fields accordingly.
• Biometric Signature Authentication - when the “Authenticate” box is checked, the signature is compared with the enrolled signature profile using the organization's biometric engine, when online connectivity is established. In any case the biometric data is embedded into the document for future analysis in case of a legal dispute.
• Easy Navigation - the signers’ tree displays the signers and signature fields defined for the current document, enabling easy navigation between these fields.
• Secure Documents - editing or adding any kind of information will result in invalidating the digital signature.
• PDF Conversation – the SIGNificant Client is equipped with a printer, enabling conversion of any printable content to PDF format.
• Versatile Signing Methods using the SIGNificant Client, documents can be signed either with a handwritten signature or with a personal certificate.
