Overview
T-Mobile USA Inc. launched an ambitious program in the company’s more than 2,500 nationwide corporate stores which drastically reduces the activation time of new cell phones from 35 minutes to only 5 minutes. Being an integral part of this program, xyzmo provides a unique, secure, reliable and scalable e-signature technology that is fully integrated into T-Mobile USA Inc’s existing activation platform, allowing T-Mobile to process all new Service Agreements and sales-receipts in all corporate stores nationwide (currently more than 25,000 point of sales stations) completely electronically.
Intesa Sanpaolo Bank is the first large bank in Italy to deploy an e-signature solution across 5,000 branches at more that 13,000 seats. The goal is to transform all existing bank transactions from paper based to completely paperless and thus increase customer efficiency whilst taking care of the economy. Estimations of Intesa show that this will save 1,600 tons of paper a year. This is equivalent to 24,000 trees.

Nashua Mobile has become the first telecommunications service provider in South Africa to offer a completely paperless process for customers that are signing up for cellular contracts.
Bred (Banque Populaire) uses xyzmo’s e-signature solution to complete the move to paperless processing across its branch operations. Thousands of signatures are processed in the bank each day, and will now use xyzmo’s solution to do this electronically. The bank is the most important regional bank of Banque Populaire.
Tatra Banka (Raiffeisen) uses xyzmo’s biometric server to authenticate customers based on their signature. The solution comprises a universal implementation interface; facilities to equip a client handling workplace, which allow a digitalized handwritten signature capturing and its further processing; combined with an optical scanner of ID documents to make reliable entries of the identification data in forms contained in the information system; and then a signature server to manage and verify signature specimens.
SA Multi Loan, a member of the Onesys Group, is a loan sourcing company with a national footprint across South Africa. They have been in the micro lending business since 1994 and have grown to more than 100 branches nationwide. The xyzmo Web Signing Interface was provided to SA Multi Loan and integrated with their loan capturing system. After completion of the original loan application form in MS Word, the contract is converted into PDF format and displayed in the web‐based signing interface. The customer simply signs on a digital signature tablet (SA Multi Loan uses WACOM MiniSignature pads), the signature image including biometric characteristics is securely embedded in the electronic contract and is legally binding.

The Platform provides each dealership with the capability to capture the customer data required for the application of car finance, insurance and related products. The Platform interacts with all finance providers as well as insurers and other product and service providers. xyzmo partner Signatura presented Seriti with an intuitive and user friendly environment for signature handling. The solution enables signing and sealing of electronic documents via a web browser and integrates with the existing infrastructure to enable straight-through processing.
